Conventionally, for example, in an automobile repair shop, a traveling rail is installed on the ceiling above a washing shop and a maintenance shop that are installed side by side, crossing these from left to right, and a lift is suspended on the rail so that it can run freely. A cleaning device is installed to be able to move back and forth along a guide rail on the floor surface, and the cleaning device is moved on the floor surface after the car is lifted by a lift in the washing area. It is known that the underside of the automobile is washed, and then a lift is moved to the maintenance shop with the automobile lifted up, and the automobile is inspected and maintained at the maintenance shop. However, in cases where the movement paths of the lift that moves left and right and the cleaning equipment that moves back and forth intersect, as in this conventional maintenance shop, one of the rails is installed on the ceiling like the above-mentioned traveling rail, and the heavy weight of the lift is attached to it. It is necessary to suspend objects, it is necessary to ensure that the ceiling has sufficient strength, and the installation work of the rails is time-consuming, resulting in high equipment costs.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate such drawbacks and provide a traveling guide rail device that can be easily and inexpensively installed.The main feature of this invention is that the first moving device moves on the traveling rail provided on the floor. Where the traveling rail that moves intersects with the guide rail that the second moving device moves on the floor along a guide rail provided on the floor, the lower surface of the second moving device has the A guide bar that slides and engages with the guide rail is provided protrudingly, and the guide rail is provided at a position above the running rail so that the guide bar can pass over the running rail, and at the intersection point. A notch is formed, and the guide bar is formed longitudinally in the guide rail direction longer than the notch.

1a is a washing area, 1b and 1c are maintenance areas installed on the left and right sides of the washing area 1a, and these areas 1a, 1
A groove 3 was formed in the left-right direction approximately at the center of the floor surfaces 2 of b and 1c so as to cross these areas, and a running rail 4 was provided within the groove 3 over the entire length. 5 indicates a guide rail, and the guide rail 5 consists of two parallel rails 5a, 5a with a narrow interval,
These rails 5a, 5a were provided on the floor 2 of the washing area 1a so as to extend in the front-rear direction. Therefore, these rails 5a, 5a are located above the running rail 4 in the groove 3 of the floor surface 2. These rails 5a, 5a form a notch 6 at a location where they intersect with the traveling rail 4, and the notch 6
Wide angle portions 5b, 5b are formed at opposing ends of the guide bars 9 to facilitate passage of guide bars 9, which will be described later.
Reference numerals 7 and 7 indicate lifts that are first moving devices, and each lift 7 is gate-shaped and has wheels pivotally attached to the lower ends of both supports 7a, 7a, so that it can travel on the traveling rail 4.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a cleaning device which is a second moving device, and the cleaning device 8 has wheels that drive and travel on the floor 2 pivotally attached to the lower surface of the cleaning device 8, and a plate-shaped guide bar 9 that fits between the rails 5a, 5a. The guide bar 9 is formed in a longitudinal direction longer than the notch 6.
Incidentally, upper guide rails 7b...7b, which are engaged with engagement pieces at the upper ends of the lifts 7, 7 to maintain the vertical state of the lifts 7 and facilitate smooth movement, are provided along the support columns 7a...7a. The vehicle body support arm moves up and down,
8a is a nozzle that is provided on the upper surface of the cleaning device 8 so as to be able to reciprocate from side to side and sprays cleaning liquid upward;
8b is a circular screen brush provided to surround the nozzle 8a to prevent the cleaning liquid from scattering around it; 8c is a power cable for the cleaning device 8, a cleaning liquid hose, etc.; and 11 is a grating for the drain. show.

Next, the operation will be explained. That is, at the washing station 1a, the car A is lifted to a predetermined height by the lift 7, the washing device 8 is moved back and forth in the front and rear directions to wash the underside of the car A, and then the lift 7 is moved to the maintenance shop while the car A remains lifted. The driver moves to 1a and performs inspection and maintenance on the brakes, etc., and then takes the vehicle A out and performs inspection and maintenance on the engine and the like. Meanwhile, the other lift 7 lifts the next car A at the cleaning shop 1a, and the car A is washed in the same manner as described above.
The vehicle moves to point c, where the same inspection and maintenance as described above is performed. During this time, the previous lift 7 returns to the washing area 1a and lifts up the next car A to be washed, after which the above-mentioned operations proceed in sequence.

In this series of operations, lifts 7, 7
When moving left and right, the wheels at the lower ends of the supports 7a, 7a run on the running rail 4, and the guide rail 5
However, since the guide rail 5 is notched at this intersection, the wheels can pass through the intersection without any problem. In addition, the cleaning device 8 is guided by the guide rail 5 during cleaning and cleans the floor surface 2.
However, since the running rail 4 is a recessed type provided in the groove 3 of the floor surface 2, the running rail 4 does not get in the way, and the guide bar 9 does not cross the notch 6. Since it is long, at least either the front end or the rear end fits into the frames 5a, 5a of the guide rail 5, and the cleaning device 8 passes through the intersection point while being guided by the guide rail 5.

Note that, unlike the above embodiment, the guide rail 5 is composed of one rail, and accordingly, the guide bar 9 is formed into a long cross-sectional shape, and the bar 9 is slidably engaged so as to straddle the rail. It is optional, such as making them match.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if the travel rail of the first moving device and the guide rail of the second moving device provided on the floor intersect, the first moving device or the second moving device can be moved regardless of the existence of this intersection point. can move on the floor along traveling rails or guide rails passing through intersections, and since these rails are installed on the floor, there is no need for strength in the ceiling, etc., as in the past. It has the advantage of being simple in structure, requiring low equipment costs, being able to be installed even in places with low ceilings, and being applicable to various types of moving equipment other than the lift and cleaning equipment of the above-mentioned embodiments.
