Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit an air conditioner body to be installed on top of a cage ceiling without paying attention to a rescue port op an inspection port and achieve simplified maintenance of the air conditioner by relocatably mounting the air conditioner body so that it can be moved from a prescribed position to another position via a guide rail on the top of the cage ceiling. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner body 3 is moved along a guide, rail 15 to permit access to an inspection port for the inspection of a light source 10 and an illumination plate 12 for a ceiling illumination device 5 in a cage 1. Also, when servicing the air conditioner for inspection and maintenance purposes, a stopper is released and the air conditioner body 3 is moved by sliding it along the guide rail 15 to a place considerably away from an intake duct 4 and a circulation duct 7 where ease of servicing is obtained. This assures an inspection space large enough to open a front panel 8 of the air conditioner body 3 to take out an air filter 9 for removal of dust and dirt.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. Cool air from the air outlet 3a of the device main body 3 is sent into the car 1 through the introduction duct 4, and the air inside the car 1 is passed between the lighting case 6 of the ceiling lighting device 5 and the ceiling 2. It is configured to cool the inside of the car 1 by returning it to the cooling device main body 3 via the circulation duct 7 and circulating it repeatedly. Furthermore, such a cooling device main body 3 is provided with a front panel 8 having a mesh or lattice shape extending from the air outlet 3a to the suction port 3b connected to the circulation duct 7, and has an air filter inside the front panel 8. 9 is provided to remove dust, dirt, etc. from the circulating air inside the car 1.

In addition, a light source body 10 such as a fluorescent lamp is provided in the lighting case 6 of the ceiling lighting device 5, and a lighting plate 12 such as a louver or an acrylic plate is provided below the light source body 10 via a lighting frame 11. . In addition, according to laws and regulations, the ceiling 2 is provided with an opening/closable rescue exit 13 for passengers in the car in case of an emergency, and an inspection opening for inspecting the light source 10 and lighting board 12 of the ceiling lighting device 5 as necessary. 14 is provided so that it can be opened and closed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the elevator car cooling system having the above configuration, the cooling system main body 3 is fixed to the upper surface of the ceiling 2 of the car 1, so when deciding the installation location, it is necessary to check the rescue exit 13 in advance. In addition, the installation space for the inspection port 14 must be taken into consideration, which places restrictions on the installation location. Conversely, there may be cases where the inspection port 14 cannot be provided at the desired position due to the space required to install the cooling device main body 3, and the ceiling lighting device 5
There was a problem in that it affected the arrangement and design of the light source body 10 and the illumination plate 12, impairing the design.

Further, as described above, if the cooling device main body 3 is fixed, there is a problem that maintenance work for the cooling device main body 3 itself becomes troublesome. In other words, if the air filter 9 becomes clogged, the cooling capacity will decrease, so occasionally open the front panel 8, take out the air filter 9 inside, and clean the collected dirt and dust. However, since the front panel 8 is in close contact with the introduction duct 4 and circulation duct 7, the front panel 8 cannot be opened unless the introduction duct 4 and circulation duct 7 are removed. The work was very tedious.

(Function) With the above configuration, in the elevator car cooling device of the present invention, the cooling device main body can be moved from a predetermined position to another position via the guide rail with respect to the ceiling upper surface of the car. The installation location of the cooling device body can be selected regardless of the installation space on the upper surface of the ceiling such as a rescue exit or an inspection entrance. In addition, when performing maintenance such as inspection and maintenance of the cooling system, the main body of the cooling system can be slid to a convenient location away from the introduction duct via the guide rail, making maintenance work very easy. .

Here, first, two ducts with a T-shaped cross section are installed on the upper surface of the ceiling 2 of the car 1, extending from a position near the connection port of the circulation duct 7 erected on one end side to the other end side of the upper surface of the ceiling 2. The guide rails 15 are laid in a straight line with parallel spacing between them. The cooling device main body 3 is installed on both guide rails 15 via a sliding piece 16 so as to be movable back and forth. The sliding pieces 16 have a downward concave shape and are slidably fitted onto the guide rail 15, and are attached one each to the front, rear, left, and right corners of the bottom of the cooling device main body 3. By moving the cooling device main body 3 to a predetermined position on this one end side along the guide rail 15 via the sliding piece 16, the upper air outlet 3a of the front panel 8 of the cooling device main body is connected to the introduction duct 4. , the lower suction port 3b can be closely connected to the circulation duct 7. Note that when the cooling device main body 3 is moved to a predetermined position on one end of the guide rail 5, a stopper 17 arranged on the back side of the cooling device main body 3 to hold the position is attached to the ceiling 2 by a removable bolt or the like (not shown). It is attached with a fastening means of (1).

In the case of the elevator car cooling system having the above-mentioned configuration, if the main body 3 of the cooling system is first moved to a predetermined position on one end of the guide rail 15 and held in position by the stopper 17, then the cooling system can be moved as in the conventional case. Air outlet 3 of cooling device main body 3
The cold air from a is sent into the car 1 via the introduction duct 4, and the car]. The air inside the car is returned from the circulation duct 7 to the cooling device main body 3 via the air filter 9, and this repeated circulation cools the inside of the car 1, and removes dust and dirt from the circulating air. This provides an optimal environment for passengers in car 1.

Here, since the cooling device main body 3 can be moved from a predetermined position to another position via the guide rail 15 by removing the stopper 17 from the upper surface of the ceiling 2 of the car 1, as shown in FIG. Even in the case of the arrangement and design of the ceiling lighting device 5 such that the inspection port 14 has to be placed directly below the cooling device main body 3 as shown in FIG. There is no need to move the cooling device 3 along the guide rail 15 and install it at the inspection port 1.
4, the light source body 10 and lighting board 12 of the ceiling lighting device 5 can be easily inspected. The same can be said about the installation position of the rescue exit 13. In other words, the installation location of the air conditioner main body 3 can be selected regardless of the installation space for the rescue exit 13 and the inspection entrance 14 above the ceiling 2 of the car 1.

Also, when performing maintenance such as inspection and maintenance of the cooling device, remove the stopper 17 and move the cooling device main body 3 to the guide rail 15.
By moving the air conditioner main body 3 from a predetermined position to the other end side via the duct 4.7, the air conditioner main body 3 comes to a place far away from the duct 4.7 and easy to work on, so a wide inspection space can be secured, and the front panel 8 You can easily perform maintenance work such as opening the air filter 9 and removing dirt and dust.

As described above, the present invention allows the main body of the cooling device to be moved from a predetermined position to another position on the upper surface of the ceiling of the car via the guide rail, so that it can be moved from a predetermined position to another position on the upper surface of the ceiling such as a rescue exit or an inspection port. The installation location of the cooling device body can be selected regardless of the installation space, and the problem of the installation space of the inspection port and the problem of affecting the arrangement and design of the ceiling lighting device and impairing the design can be solved. In addition, during maintenance such as inspection and maintenance of the cooling system, the main body of the cooling system is moved via guide rails to a place where the work can be easily done, away from the introduction duct, making maintenance work very easy. You can get a cooling system for the passenger car.
