Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high level cleanliness factor as well as to make this high cleanliness factor maintainable even at the time when an elevator goes up or down by forming such a down flow as having a uniform air-current distribution in the elevator. SOLUTION: A structure in a car 6 is formed into a down-flow system that makes clean air be blown out of the whole ceiling and simultaneously be inhaled from the whole floor, counterbalancing it into a uniform air-flow distribution, therefore any deviation in an air current and a stagnation area due to inequality will in no case occur, so that a high cleanliness factor is made so as to be maintainable in design. Accordingly, in a secondary an air charging chamber 9a, an air velocity between both lower parts of a discharge port 10 and a filter 11 is varied, so that an opening factor of a vent hole in the central part of a ceiling member 7 is made to be larger than the outer boundary, whereby a uniform blow-off air flow out of this ceiling member 7 is made to be formable. In addition, in order to get rid of any deviation in the air flow to be produced by what a return air port 16 is at one side of an underfloor, the opening factor in the vent hole of an floor member 12 is made to be larger in proportion as being far from return air port 16.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a multi-story clean room, there is known an elevator that connects a clean room or a general space to a clean room floor up and down. However, the cleanliness of conventional clean elevators is generally 0.5 μm, class 10,000 level (US federal standard: the number of particles of 0.5 μm or more is within 10,000 within 1 ft 3 ). , At most 0.5 μm, class 1,000
Level. The reason for this is that the elevator ceiling must be provided with a 0.2 m 2 outlet specified by law, so it was not possible to cover the entire ceiling with a high-cleanness filter until now. Since the cleaning method inside the elevator is a turbulent flow method in which clean air is blown from a filter installed on the wall surface near the ceiling and sucked from the wall surface near the floor, 0.5 μm, class 1,000 level is the best. It happened.

In the past, there was relatively little need to connect spaces with high cleanliness up and down, but the recent rise in land prices, lack of excess space on the same site,
Due to reasons such as shortening of the work transfer route, a structure in which clean rooms are stacked in multiple layers tends to be adopted in the future, and it is considered that the need for a clean elevator that connects spaces with high cleanliness up and down will increase.

However, since the above-mentioned conventional clean elevator is a turbulent flow system, a stagnant region is generated due to unevenness and non-uniformity of the air flow, and as a result, dust is accumulated in this stagnant region and a high level of cleanliness cannot be achieved. I have a problem. Also, on the elevator door, due to the mechanism of opening and closing the door,
Since airtight (airtight) performance cannot be added, inflow of polluted air from the outside is unavoidable when the elevator is moved up and down, it is difficult to guarantee high cleanliness when the elevator is moved up and down, and the elevator speed is suppressed. It has the problem of having to. In addition, when connecting the general space and the clean room floor, there is a problem that an extra area is required in the construction plan in order to avoid the direct connection with a clean room with a clean room by providing a front room on the clean room side. are doing.

In the present invention, a filter is arranged around the exit while ensuring the necessary exit according to the regulations, and a downflow having a uniform airflow distribution is formed in the elevator. A high level of cleanliness can be achieved without the occurrence of a stagnation area due to unevenness or unevenness. Further, it can be installed in direct contact with a clean room with high cleanliness. Furthermore, since the air in the elevator shaft is taken into the basket when the elevator is stationary, it is possible to maintain a positive pressure inside the basket. By the function of the air intrusion prevention member provided in the gap, invasion of contaminated air from the outside can be prevented, so that high cleanliness can be maintained even when the elevator is moved up and down.

In the present invention, clean air is blown out from the entire ceiling and air is sucked in from the entire floor into the basket 6 to form a downflow having a uniform airflow distribution, and due to uneven or uneven airflow, a retention area is created. It is possible to maintain high cleanliness without causing Therefore, in the secondary air supply chamber 9a, the wind speed is different between the lower portion of the outlet 10 and the lower portion of the filter 11. Therefore, the opening ratio of the ventilation hole in the central portion of the ceiling member 7 is set to be larger than that of the surrounding portion, and thus It is possible to form a uniform air flow from 7. Further, in order to eliminate the bias of the air flow caused by the return air port 16 being on one side under the floor, the opening ratio of the ventilation hole of the floor member 12 is increased as the distance from the return air port 16 increases.

The operation of the present invention having the above structure will be described. When the blower 17 is operated, the clean air purified by the filter 11 is blown out uniformly from the entire surface of the ceiling member 7 and the air is sucked from the entire surface of the floor member 12 to make the basket 6
A downflow having a uniform airflow distribution is formed therein. At this time, since the air in the shaft is taken in from the air intake 18 in the shaft, the inside of the basket 6 is always a positive pressure,
Prevents the entry of contaminated air from the outside. When the car 6 is moved up and down, the positive pressure in the car 6, the function of the gap closing member 44 provided at the side of the elevator door 5, and the function of the baffle plate 45 and the gap closing member 46 provided at the upper part of the elevator door 5 , It is possible to prevent invasion of contaminated air from the outside and maintain high cleanliness. In addition, when the stop floor opening / closing door 4 and the elevator door 5 are opened, the basket 6 and the clean room 3 are always at a positive pressure with respect to the elevator shaft 1, and the basket 6 and the clean room 3 are connected to the stop floor opening / closing door 4 from the side. Since air is sucked into the elevator shaft 1 through the clearance C between the elevator doors 5, high cleanliness can be maintained.
