Abstract
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to an elevator. Technical Field

Background
The importance of elevators as vehicles for transporting passengers up and down a building is self evident. The door opening device of the elevator car and the door opening device of the hall door are both provided with mechanical transmission devices for opening and closing the elevator door, and the mechanical transmission devices consist of a plurality of complicated transmission parts. The elevator well generally adopts muddy earth or brick wall structure and elevator well is not seal structure, consequently piles up a large amount of dust on the mechanical transmission on the car door opener of elevator and the room door opening device often easily, leads to the poor or noise that produces of switch door operation effect. The manual cleaning of the mechanical transmission device on the car door opening machine is easier, but the manual cleaning of the mechanical transmission device on the hall door opening device of each floor of a high building with more than 10 floors is time-consuming and labor-consuming and can influence the daily use of the elevator.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention provides an elevator with a self-cleaning salon mechano-electrical device to solve at least one of the problems described above.

an air outlet of the suction fan is connected with a ventilation pipe, and the ventilation pipe is fixed on the top of the elevator car;
the ventilating pipe is also detachably connected with an air filter net bag used for collecting dust sucked by the suction fan.
When the elevator control system judges that the elevator is in a standby unmanned state, the elevator control system sends a signal to the microprocessor system, the microprocessor system controls the elevator to stop at a landing layer by layer of each floor after the elevator is lifted to the highest floor by the elevator control system, and when the elevator stops at the landing, the microprocessor system starts a cleaning device through the switch control module, blows away dust accumulated on a mechanical transmission device of the landing door through the hair drier, sucks the dust into the air filtering net bag through the suction fan, and stops cleaning until all floors are cleaned or an outside calling response appears.
According to the invention, the cleaning device is additionally arranged on the elevator car door opening machine to clean the hall door mechanical transmission device, so that poor door opening and closing operation effect or noise caused by dust accumulated on the hall door mechanical transmission device is avoided. Simultaneously, the problem that the manual cleaning of the mechanical transmission device of the hall door wastes time and labor and influences the daily use of the elevator is solved.
The cleaning device can lift along with the elevator to clean the mechanical transmission devices of the hall doors of all floors, and compared with the method that the cleaning device is additionally arranged on each floor, the invention saves a large amount of cost and ensures that the cleaning device is more convenient to install and maintain.
The invention also enables the cleaning work to be carried out only when the elevator is in a standby and unmanned state by automating the cleaning device, thereby preventing dust blown by the blower from entering the elevator car.
The microprocessor system is connected with a time control switch module. And the working time of the microprocessor system every day is set through the time control switch module. The elevator cleaning work is only carried out in the preset time period every day, and the elevator is prevented from being cleaned in the peak time period of people flow.
The microprocessor system is also connected with a storage module used for storing the floor position information of the stop of the elevator.
When the elevator is in a cleaning process, when an external response occurs, the elevator stops cleaning, the elevator control system transmits the floor position where the elevator stops as position information to the microprocessor system, the microprocessor system stores the position information in the storage module, when the elevator enters a standby and unmanned state again, the microprocessor system calls the position information from the storage module and transmits the position information to the elevator control system, and the elevator control system controls the elevator to ascend and descend to the floor position and continues cleaning work, so that repeated cleaning is avoided.
The blower and the suction fan both comprise the same mounting bracket; the top of the mounting bracket is provided with a platform for placing the blower or the suction fan, and the bottom of the mounting bracket is provided with a connecting piece for connecting the car door opener;
the connection is a powerful vacuum chuck. The powerful vacuum chuck is convenient for elevator maintenance personnel to adjust the position of the blower on the car door opener, and prevents part of corners of the mechanical transmission device of the hall door from being uncleaned for a long time. If the position of the suction fan needs to be adjusted, the position of the ventilation pipe needs to be adjusted at the same time, so that the ventilation pipe is preferably made of a flexible and bendable hose.
The platform also comprises a detachable stainless steel wire mesh enclosure; the stainless steel wire mesh cover can completely cover the blower or the suction fan which is placed on the platform; the wire diameter of the stainless steel wire mesh enclosure is 1-2mm, and the aperture is 5-10 mm. The stainless steel mesh enclosure can protect the blower and the suction fan, and the blower or the suction fan is prevented from being damaged due to falling objects falling from the high part of the elevator shaft or large particles being drawn into the fan.
The elevator with the mechanical and electrical device for the self-cleaning car hall also comprises a video monitoring device arranged on the top of the elevator car; the video monitoring device comprises a camera and an illuminating lamp; the shooting direction of the camera is aligned with the mechanical transmission device of the hall door, and the illumination direction of the illuminating lamp is the same as the shooting direction of the camera; the camera is connected with a display screen of an elevator monitoring room, and a controller used for controlling the video monitoring device is arranged in the elevator monitoring room.
The elevator maintenance personnel can visually monitor the cleaning condition of the mechanical transmission device of the hall door at each floor through the video monitoring device.
The video monitoring device also comprises an electric turntable base; the camera and the illuminating lamp are arranged on the electric turntable base, and the electric turntable base is fixed on the top of the elevator car; the electric turntable on the electric turntable base can rotate in the horizontal direction 360.
The elevator maintenance personnel can control the electric turntable to rotate through the controller, so that other devices on the top of the elevator car, including the blower, the suction fan and the ventilation pipe, can be detected.
The vent pipe is also connected with a safety valve. The air filter net bag needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly, and when the air filter net bag is not cleaned or replaced for a long time and is blocked, airflow in the ventilation pipe can flow out of the safety valve, so that the situation that the suction fan cannot suck dust is avoided.
And the air outlet of the safety valve is also provided with an air pressure sensor which is connected with an alarm device positioned in the elevator monitoring chamber. The air pressure sensor can detect air pressure change of the air outlet of the safety valve, when air flow in the ventilation pipe flows out of the air outlet of the safety valve due to blockage of the air filter net bag, the air pressure sensor sends a signal to the alarm device, and the alarm device gives an alarm to remind an elevator maintenance worker to clean the air filter net bag in time.
The elevator with the mechanical and electrical device for the self-cleaning car hall further comprises an anti-static coating coated on the mechanical transmission device for the hall door. The anti-static coating can make dust more difficult to be adsorbed on the mechanical transmission device of the hall door, so that the blower can blow away the dust more easily, and the cleaning effect is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the elevator with the mechanical and electrical device for automatically cleaning the car hall comprises an elevator, wherein the elevator comprises an elevator control system 14 for controlling the operation of the elevator, a car door opening machine 2, and a cleaning device arranged on the car door opening machine 2, wherein the cleaning device comprises a blower fan 5 and a suction fan 6; the blower 5 and the suction fan 6 are respectively positioned at two ends of the car door opener 2 parallel to the door plate direction of the car door, and the air outlet of the blower 5 and the air inlet of the suction fan 6 are both aligned with the hoistway door mechanical transmission device 4 on the hoistway door opener 3 of the landing where the elevator stops; the cleaning device is controlled to operate by a switch control module 12; the switch control module 12 is connected with a microprocessor system 13; the microprocessor 13 is also connected with an elevator control system 14; an air outlet of the suction fan 6 is connected with a ventilation pipe 7, and the ventilation pipe 7 is fixed at the top of the elevator car 1; the ventilation pipe 7 is also detachably connected with an air filter net bag 8 for collecting dust sucked by the suction fan.
When the elevator control system 14 judges that the elevator is in a standby unmanned state, the elevator control system 14 sends a signal to the microprocessor system 13, the microprocessor system 13 controls the elevator to stop layer by layer at a landing of each floor after the elevator is lifted to the highest floor through the elevator control system 14, and when the elevator stops at the landing, the microprocessor system 13 starts the cleaning device through the switch control module 12, blows away dust accumulated on the mechanical transmission device of the landing door through the blower 5, sucks the dust into the air filtering net bag 8 through the suction fan 6 until all floors are cleaned or an outside call response occurs and stops cleaning.
The microprocessor system 13 is also connected to a time-controlled switch module 15. The working time of the microprocessor system 13 every day is set through the time control switch module 15, so that the cleaning work of the elevator is only carried out in a preset time period every day, and the cleaning work of the elevator in the peak time period of people flow is avoided. The microprocessor system 13 is also connected to a memory module 16 for storing the floor position information at which the elevator stops.
When the elevator is in a cleaning process, when an external response occurs, the elevator stops cleaning, the elevator control system 14 transmits the floor position where the elevator stops as position information to the microprocessor system 13, the microprocessor system 13 stores the position information into the storage module 16, when the elevator enters the standby state again and is unmanned, the microprocessor system 13 calls the position information from the storage module 16 and transmits the position information to the elevator control system 14, and the elevator control system 14 controls the elevator to ascend and descend to the floor position and continue to perform cleaning work, so that repeated cleaning is avoided.
As an example, the switching control module 12 of the present invention may select the TeSys LU2B12B motor starter; the microprocessor system 13 may select an ATMEGA 64-16AI microprocessor; the time control switch module 15 can select a DELIXI KG316T time control switch; the memory module 16 may select an Intel 6116 SRAM memory chip.
The blower 5 and the suction fan 6 both comprise the same mounting bracket, the top of the mounting bracket is provided with a platform for placing the blower 5 or the suction fan 6, and the bottom of the mounting bracket is provided with a connecting piece for connecting the car door opener 2; the connection is a powerful vacuum chuck. The powerful vacuum chuck is convenient for elevator maintenance personnel to adjust the position of the blower 5 on the car door opening machine 2, and prevents part of corners of the mechanical transmission device 4 of the hall door from being uncleaned for a long time. If the position of the suction fan 6 is also adjusted, the position of the ventilation pipe 7 is also adjusted, so that the ventilation pipe can be preferably made of a flexible and bendable hose.
Also comprises a detachable stainless steel wire mesh enclosure; the stainless steel wire mesh cover can completely cover the blower 5 or the suction fan 6 which is arranged on the platform; the wire diameter of the stainless steel wire mesh enclosure is 1-2mm, and the aperture is 5-10 mm. The stainless steel mesh enclosure can protect the blower 5 and the suction fan 6, and avoid the damage of the blower 5 or the suction fan 6 caused by falling objects falling from the high part of the elevator shaft or large particles being drawn into the blower.
The elevator with the mechanical and electrical device for the self-cleaning car hall further comprises a video monitoring device 11 arranged at the top of the elevator car 1, wherein the video monitoring device 11 comprises a camera and an illuminating lamp; the shooting direction of the camera is aligned with the mechanical transmission device 4 of the hall door, and the illumination direction of the illuminating lamp is the same as the shooting direction of the camera; the camera is connected with a display screen of the elevator monitoring room, and a controller used for controlling the video monitoring device is arranged in the elevator monitoring room. The elevator maintenance personnel can visually monitor the cleaning condition of the mechanical transmission device of the hall door at each floor through the video monitoring device.
The video monitoring device 11 further comprises an electric turntable base; the camera and the illuminating lamp are arranged on an electric turntable base, and the electric turntable base is fixed on the top of the elevator car 1; the electric turntable on the electric turntable base can rotate in the horizontal direction 360. The elevator maintenance personnel can control the electric rotating disc to rotate through the controller, so that the conditions of other devices on the top of the elevator car, including the blower 5, the suction fan 6 and the ventilation pipe 7, are detected.
The vent pipe 7 is also connected to a safety valve 9. The air filter net bag 8 needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly, when the air filter net bag 8 is not cleaned or replaced for a long time and is blocked, air flow in the ventilation pipe 7 can flow out of the safety valve 9, and the situation that the suction fan 6 cannot suck dust is avoided.
The air outlet of the safety valve 9 is also provided with an air pressure sensor 10, and the air pressure sensor 10 is connected with an alarm device positioned in an elevator monitoring room. The air pressure sensor 10 can detect the air pressure change of the air outlet of the safety valve 9, when the air flow in the ventilation pipe 7 flows out of the air outlet of the safety valve 9 due to the blockage of the air filter net bag 8, the air pressure sensor 10 sends a signal to the alarm device, and the alarm device gives an alarm to remind an elevator maintenance worker of cleaning the air filter net bag 8 in time.
The elevator with the mechanical and electric device for the self-cleaning car hall also comprises an antistatic coating coated on the mechanical transmission device 4 of the hall door. The anti-static coating can make dust more difficult to be adsorbed on the mechanical transmission device 4 of the hall door, so that the blower 5 can blow away the dust more easily, and the cleaning effect is improved.
