BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention removes foreign matter adhering to a person or the like when entering a cleaning device or the like.Regarding air shower equipment,The present invention relates to an arrangement structure and an operation method of a cleaning device using an air shower device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in the fields of semiconductor manufacturing and biotechnology for producing integrated circuits and the like, a cleaning device such as a clean room is used to maintain a clean atmosphere and aseptic conditions. In this case, in addition to keeping the inside of the cleaning device clean, an air shower device is installed adjacent to the cleaning device, and people who enter the cleaning device are obliged to pass the air shower device in advance. To prevent foreign objects from entering. In an air shower device, clean air filtered by a filter is discharged from a nozzle toward a human body or dust proof clothing, and foreign matter adhering to the human body or dust proof clothing is blown off and removed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the door of the air shower device is generally provided with an opening / closing door, a person entering the cleaning device must open and close the door both when entering and leaving the air shower device. It is complicated. In particular, when tools or the like are brought into the cleaning device, they must be carried in and out of the air shower device, which is considerably troublesome.
[0004]
The object of the present invention is easy to passProviding an air shower device, and moreAn object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement structure and operation method of a cleaning device using an air shower device.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problems]
In order to achieve this object, in the present invention,A nozzle that discharges clean air inside is provided on both sides of the passage formed between the inlet and the outlet, and by blowing clean air from the nozzle to people passing through the passage from the inlet to the outlet, The air shower device removes foreign matter adhering to the air shower device, and nozzles for discharging clean air toward the inside are disposed at a plurality of locations on both side surfaces of the air shower device. , It is configured so that the discharge airflow from each nozzle on both sides does not collide with each other by arranging the nozzles shifted from each other, or the nozzles face each other on one side and the other side Although arranged so as to be in a positional relationship, it is configured so that the discharge airflow from each nozzle on both sides does not collide by tilting the discharge direction of each nozzle. After the inlet / outlet is opened and discharged from each nozzle and collides with the opposing inner wall surface, the Coanda effect guides the air flow flowing along the both sides of the air shower device toward the inlet and outlet, and Provided is an air shower device characterized in that an air curtain for preventing leakage of the internal atmosphere is formed in at least one of the entrances and exits by providing a guide vane for supplying air in a plane shape to at least one of them Is done.
Further, according to the present invention, nozzles for discharging clean air are provided on both side surfaces of the passage formed between the inlet and the outlet, so that a person who passes through the passage from the inlet to the outlet can clean the nozzle. An air shower device that removes foreign substances adhering to people by blowing air, and nozzles that discharge clean air toward the inside are arranged at multiple locations on both sides of the air shower device. By arranging the nozzles on one side and the other side so that the nozzles are displaced from each other, it is configured so that the airflows from the nozzles on both sides do not collide, or one side and the other side. The nozzles are arranged so that the nozzles face each other, but the discharge airflow from each nozzle on both sides collides by tilting the discharge direction of each nozzle. A guide vane is provided which is configured so as not to be in contact with each other, has an inlet / outlet opened, guides an air flow flowing along both side surfaces inside the air shower device, and supplies air to at least one of the inlet / outlet. A plurality of curved guide vanes are erected and arranged on both sides of the inner side or the inner side of the outlet, and the plurality of guide vanes are arranged in parallel and discharged from the nozzles described above. , After colliding with the opposing inner wall surface, the airflow flowing toward the inlet or outlet along the both sides inside the air shower device due to the Coanda effect is changed into a planar airflow by passing between each guide vane An air shower device is provided.
[0006]
A person who wants to enter the highly clean space first enters the air shower device and passes through a passage formed between the inlet and the outlet of the air shower device. And while passing through the passage in the air shower device in this way, clean air is discharged toward the person etc. from the nozzles provided on both sides of the passage, and the foreign matter adhering to the person etc. is blown off and removed. The
[0007]
In addition, when bringing a tool or the like into the advanced cleaning device, a person or the like carries the tool or the like through the passage in the air shower device. In this case, the air gun provided in the air shower device can be used to blow compressed air onto the tool or the like, and the foreign matter adhering to the tool or the like can be removed in the air shower device.
[0008]
Thus, after removing foreign matter by passing through the air shower device, people enter the next clean space. In this case, by forming an air curtain at the outlet of the air shower device, it is possible to prevent the internal atmosphere of the air shower device from leaking into the clean space.
[0009]
In the clean space, a parallel flow of clean air is formed. In this case, the parallel flow of clean air formed in the clean space is, for example, a downward vertical laminar flow. A person or the like from which foreign matter has been removed in the air shower device can pass through the clean space while maintaining a clean state and enter the next highly clean space.
[0010]
Here, when people enter the highly clean space through the air shower device and the clean space as described above,PeopleMeasure the transit time and based on the measured valueHighly clean spaceThe admission of or not is decided. That is, when a predetermined time has passed through the air shower device, it is determined that the foreign matter adhering to a person etc. has been sufficiently removed in the air shower device,Highly clean spaceAdmission to is permitted. On the other hand, if the predetermined time has not passed through the air shower device, it is determined that the foreign matter adhering to a person etc. in the air shower device has not been sufficiently removed,Highly clean spaceDeny admission to As a result,Highly clean spaceCan effectively prevent foreign objects from being brought into theHighly clean spaceThe inside can be maintained in a clean atmosphere.
