The present invention relates to soft capsule feed filled with fats and oils, particularly pet feed. Fats and oils are commercially available for feeding animals, especially pets, as nutrients. However, a certain amount of this substance was added to feed when feeding, or it was given to animals as is. However, according to this method, it is complicated to adjust the feeding amount, and the fats and oils are susceptible to oxidation and deterioration if left as is, and if fed without knowing this, there is a risk that the animal's health may be harmed. In addition, animals generally have a habit of biting the object when they eat it, and especially when the oil is in liquid form, there is a risk that it may spill out of the mouth and contaminate the periphery of the mouth or the surrounding area. As a result of research, the inventor of the present invention found that if the fats and oils to be fed, especially liquid fats, are adjusted to a specific hardness and encapsulated, animals can completely eat the fats and oils without spilling them. It has been found that the various problems mentioned above can be solved. Therefore, the present invention relates to a feed in which soft capsules are filled with fats and oils having a melting point of 15 to 45°C. In the present invention, the term "oils and fats" refers to not only edible fats and oils, but also fats and oils with a high degree of unsaturation, such as hardened oils obtained by hardening fish oil, and various glycerin higher fatty acid esters derived from fats and oils. Therefore, in the present invention, fats and oils include not only edible fats and oils, but also fats and oils similar to those that are eaten by animals and have the same nutritional effects as fats and oils. And the melting point is 15-45
C. Examples of fats and oils that have a melting point of 15 DEG to 45 DEG C. include beef tallow, lard, spermaceti, cocoa butter, and hydrogenated oil, which can be used alone in the present invention. In addition, the fats and oils referred to in the present invention include liquid fats and oils such as soybean oil, corn oil, sesame oil, peanut oil, rice bran oil, wheat germ oil, fish oil, and certain types of glycerin higher fatty acid esters.
They are appropriately mixed with fats and oils having a relatively high melting point such as beef tallow, lard, spermaceti, beeswax, cacao butter, palm fat, and hydrogenated oil to adjust the melting point to 15 to 45°C to form an oil and fat composition. Can be used as a shape. In the present invention, it is possible to use these oils and fats by adding fatty acids such as linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and ω -3 highly unsaturated fatty acids, and fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, D, and E. Not even. The melting point of the fats and oils to be filled into the soft capsules of the present invention must be adjusted to 15 to 45°C, preferably 18 to 35°C, and the melting point can be adjusted by selecting and combining the types of fats and oils. As mentioned above, it is carried out by mixing an appropriate amount of beef tallow, pork fat, etc. with a relatively high melting point with, for example, soybean oil, which has a relatively low melting point. If the melting point of the oil or fat is lower than 15°C, the contents of the capsule may spill out of the animal's mouth during feeding, which is undesirable. If it is too high, the temperature must be raised during the production of soft capsules, which may cause gelatin, the main component of the soft capsule membrane, to melt. This is not a good idea. The shape of the capsule may be various, such as spherical or cylindrical, and the size may vary somewhat depending on the animal to be fed, but it is convenient to have a length of about 0.5 to 2 cm and a thickness of about 0.3 to 1 cm. The above oils and fats are soft encapsulated in a conventional manner. At this time, the soft capsule film contains fish extracts such as bonito extract, fish powder such as dried sardines powder, sweeteners such as sugar, glucose, molasses, starch syrup, processed milk products such as whole milk powder, skim milk powder, cheese powder, meat powder, etc. Addition of processed meat products such as liver powder improves palatability. The feed of the present invention is easy to handle, and when fed to animals, it hardly contaminates the periphery of the animal's mouth or the floor of the breeding farm, and it is possible for the feed to be completely ingested as much as it is fed. It also has the advantage of being easy to adjust the amount of feeding and has good storage stability because it is covered. The present invention will be specifically explained below with reference to Examples. Example 1 90 parts of soybean oil and 10 parts of stearic acid monoglyceride
A fat composition (melting point: 39°C) was obtained by adding and mixing the following parts. On the other hand, a product was prepared by adding 1 part of stearic acid monoglyceride to 99 parts of soybean oil (comparative example, melting point: 10°C). These oil and fat compositions were fed into a rotary capsule making machine to obtain soft capsules with a content of 250 mg. The composition of the shell used to produce the soft capsules was 100 parts of gelatin, 40 parts of glycerin, and 90 parts of water. Two types of soft capsules obtained by the above method were given to dogs, and their condition was observed. A circular feeder with a radius of 10 cm was lined with paper all over the bottom, and 5 capsules obtained in Example 1 were placed on top of it.
(15.0Kg), Maltese (4Kg in weight), and Pomeranian (4.5Kg in weight). Dogs rarely swallow soft capsules directly, but rather chew them in their mouths and eat them. In this case, as mentioned above, if the capsule is a soft capsule filled with liquid oil, the filled oil often spills from the mouth. The amount of oil spilled from the soft capsules obtained in Example 1 was measured. That is, the spilled oil falls onto the paper spread on the bottom of the circular feeding device and seeps into it, and the weight of the paper soaked with oil is measured. At this time, the minimum necessary amount of paper is cut out, including the parts of the paper that have been penetrated by the fallen oil, and the difference between this and the weight of the same area of paper is measured to calculate the amount of oil that has fallen. Table 1 shows the results of comparative tests conducted twice for each type of capsule.

[Table] Example 2 Add and mix 10 parts of stearic acid monoglyceride to 90 parts of corn oil to prepare an oil and fat composition (melting point: 39
°C) was obtained. The obtained oil and fat composition was fed to a pressurized punching method soft capsule manufacturing machine to obtain soft capsules. The shell composition used to manufacture the soft capsules was 100 parts gelatin, 40 parts glycerin, 85 parts water,
10 parts of bonito extract. Example 3 30 parts of cacao butter and 0.05 part of milk flavor were added and mixed to 70 parts of soybean oil to form an oil and fat composition (melting point 20
°C) was obtained. This product was treated in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain soft capsules. Example 4 1 part of stearic acid diglyceride and 10 parts of beeswax were added and mixed to 90 parts of wheat germ oil to obtain an oil and fat composition (melting point: 30°C). This product was treated in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain soft capsules.
