TABLE 1
Secondly, preparing the feed according to the second scheme
The following will operate taking the parameters of example 1 as an example.
A preparation method of a feed for rabbits comprises the following steps:
step 1: preparing edible gelatin: 100g, glutinous rice paper: 1g, rubbing duck grass: 100g, houttuynia cordata: 100g, Chinese waxgourd peel: 200g, dandelion: 200g, rice bran: 100g, corn: 50g, dry reed grass: 50g, peanut meal: 20g, fresh straw: 100g of the total weight of the mixture;
step 2: making the edible gelatin in the step 1 into a hollow spherical capsule, and then covering the glutinous rice paper in the step 1 on the spherical capsule for later use;
and step 3: putting the duck rubbing grass, the houttuynia cordata, the Chinese waxgourd peel and the dandelion in the step 1 into water for decocting to form a traditional Chinese medicine liquid for later use;
and 4, step 4: putting the rice bran, the corn, the dry reed grass, the peanut meal and the fresh straw in the step 1 into a crusher, crushing the rice bran, the corn, the dry reed grass, the peanut meal and the fresh straw to 80 meshes, and collecting a crushed mixture A for later use;
and 5: spraying 1.5ml of water on the surface of the sticky rice paper in the step 2, so that the sticky property of the sticky rice paper is enhanced; then putting the spherical capsule wrapped with the sticky rice paper into the mixture A in the step 4, and sticking the mixture A on the sticky rice paper;
step 6: and (5) sucking the traditional Chinese medicine liquid obtained in the step (3) by using a water injector, and then injecting the traditional Chinese medicine liquid into the spherical capsules obtained in the step (5) by using the water injector to obtain the feed for the rabbits to eat.
Compared with the example 1, the comparative example A is a traditional feed, a certain amount of water is added into the traditional feed after the traditional feed is proportioned according to a proportion to form the feed, and the feed formed by the comparative example A does not contain traditional Chinese medicines and cannot play a role in preventing diseases of rabbits.
Comparative example B in comparison with example 1, the absence of the wafer in the feed ingredients required spraying water on the surface of the spherical capsule, which resulted in softening of the surface of the spherical capsule and a deterioration of the tooth-grinding effect of the spherical capsule.
Compared with the example 1, the feed component lacks the duck grass, the formed traditional Chinese medicine liquid has poor effect, and the effect of preventing the rabbit plague is weakened.
Compared with the example 1, the feed component of the comparative example D lacks the houttuynia cordata, the effect of the formed traditional Chinese medicine liquid is reduced, and the effect of preventing the rabbit plague is reduced.
Compared with the example 1, the feed component lacks wax gourd peel and fresh straws, the effect of the formed traditional Chinese medicine liquid is worsened, and the effect of preventing the rabbit pest is weakened; meanwhile, the fiber intake of the rabbit is reduced, and the digestion function is correspondingly deteriorated.
Compared with the example 1, the feed component lacks the dandelion and the peanut meal, the effect of the formed traditional Chinese medicine liquid is worsened, and the effect of preventing the rabbit plague is weakened; meanwhile, the protein which can be obtained by the rabbit is reduced, the growth speed is slower, and the immunity is lower.
Comparative example G in comparison to example 1, the lack of dry Phragmites communis and rice bran in the feed composition resulted in less fiber intake and a corresponding deterioration in digestive function in rabbits.
Comparative example H compared to example 1, the absence of corn in the feed composition reduced the protein availability to rabbits, which resulted in a slower growth rate and less immune response.
Third, test data
1) Design of experiments
(1) The purpose of the test is as follows: counting the infection rate of the rabbits;
(2) the test method comprises the following steps: recording the disease obtaining times of the rabbits;
(3) test subjects: rabbits in the young rabbit stage;
(4) the test procedure comprises ① selecting 27 healthy rabbits with similar body weight in young rabbit stage, ② dividing the rabbits into 9 groups of 3 rabbits each, one rabbit for example or comparative example, ③ completing the feed processing according to example 1 and comparative examples A-H, ④ feeding the corresponding rabbits with the feed, and then culturing the rabbits in the same environment for 3 months, ⑤ recording the disease times of each rabbit;
(5) and (3) data recording: the rabbits in each group are numbered according to No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3, and the disease obtaining times of the rabbits No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 in three months are measured and recorded.
2) Specific results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the table 2, the feed processed according to the embodiment 1 can effectively ensure the normal growth of the rabbits, can also improve the immunity of the rabbits, and has no illness in 3 months of cultivation; the rabbits fed with the feeds prepared in the comparative examples A to H all have the disease, and as in the comparative example A, after the rabbits are fed with the traditional feed, the rabbits have general resistance to germs and also have the disease; the lack of sufficient fiber component in the feed components of comparative example E and comparative example G resulted in poor digestive function, easy development of gastroenteritis, difficulty in absorption of nutrients in the feed, and further susceptibility to cold or other conditions in rabbits; other comparative examples lack part of traditional Chinese medicine components, so that rabbits are difficult to resist the disease of cold; therefore, the feed is processed according to the components in example 1 in the actual production process.
