Description

Low-fat nutritional paste for pets and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet food, in particular to a low-fat nutritional paste for pets, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the increase of economy, the pet industry in China is rapidly developed, and the markets of pet products and pet foods are continuously enriched. Pets, also known as companion animals, are the suspicions of human emotions and are often regarded as family members, and the types of pets are mainly dogs and cats at present. Different from the breeding of animals such as livestock and poultry, people usually pay more attention to the nutritional health and the life of pets without paying attention to economic benefits in the breeding process of the pets. The daily nutrition is necessary for the growth, development, production, reproduction and the like of the pet organism, each nutrient substance plays a positive role in the pet organism, and the deficiency and the surplus of the nutrition can generate negative effects on the health of the pet. At present, the daily required nutrients of pets are roughly divided into six types: i.e. water, protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. In order to maintain normal physiological state and health of pets, sufficient nutrients must be taken in every day, but due to the influence of a plurality of factors such as environment, raw materials, processing, transportation, storage and the like, the daily ration of the pets is difficult to meet the requirements of the pets on comprehensive nutrition, and the pets generally need to be additionally supplemented with nutrients.
With the enhancement of health care consciousness of pets, the demand of nutritional products for pets is continuously increased, and numerous nutritional supplement products for pets appear in the market, wherein the main product types comprise paste, powder, tablets and the like. At present, the nutrition supplement products for pets are widely applied, convenient to use and popular, and are nutritional paste products.
The fat content of the pet nutrition paste products in the existing market is higher, generally 10% -20%, and some pet nutrition paste products even reach 30-50%, the high-fat nutrition paste has good palatability and is easy to store, but the defects are that the high-fat nutrition paste products are easy to separate out in a layering way, and the appearance state of the products and the loss of nutrient substances are influenced; in addition, the problems of excessive calorie intake, malnutrition and the like of the pets are easily caused. If the content of the oil in the nutrient paste is simply reduced, the problems of poor taste, poor palatability, unacceptable pet and the like exist.
Therefore, through the optimization of raw materials and the treatment of special process technology, the nutritional paste for the pet, which has low oil content and good palatability, is researched and developed to meet the health requirements of the pet, and is a technical problem to be solved urgently.

In addition, the homogenization treatment in the procedure can also ensure that an oil-water system in the solution keeps dynamic balance under the action of an emulsifier, thereby ensuring the fineness, uniformity and stability of the solution.
Further, the feed liquid is preserved for 15-20 minutes at 70-80 ℃ before filling. The components can fully react to generate various aroma substances, so that the palatability and the product stability are improved, and the aim of sterilization can be fulfilled.
Furthermore, the temperature of the feed liquid is more than or equal to 60 ℃ during filling.
