Description

Pet hair-removing cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet health, in particular to a pet hair removing cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people and the reduction of family scale, the pet breeding becomes a part of the life of more and more urban people, and the consumption of pets in China is also scaled, and simultaneously, huge potential is shown. The domestic pet market has entered a period of rapid development. According to the report of the new wave net research organization, the number of pets in the whole country reaches 1 hundred million by 2015, which means that 1 person of every 13 persons in China raises pets. The pet industry in China is expected to grow at a high speed of 20% -30% in the next 5-10 years, the economic scale of the pet market in China is about 500 million yuan in 2015, the economic scale of the pet market reaches 1500 million yuan in 2020, and the medical market scale of the pet reaches about 122 million yuan.
Many pets are clean and tidy, and the pets can comb their own hair to be clean and neat by licking their own hair with the tongue, such as kittens, rabbits, hamsters, rice bears, etc. When the pet licks the hair, the hair enters the body of the pet, and if the hair cannot be discharged out of the body for a long time, the hair is gradually gathered into a small ball in the stomach, which is called a hair ball. The hair bulb can be aggregated with food and protein in the pet body into a lump, when the lump is large to a certain degree, the lump can obstruct the intestines and stomach functions of the animal such as eating, digestion and absorption and the like, and the disease is developed, namely the hair bulb disease. In the case of pet hair bulb disease, surgical operation is required to remove the hair bulb, and the accompanying complications are more, such as intestinal diseases, such as intestinal infarction and intestinal overlapping.
In order to prevent or treat the pompon disease of the pet and help the pet to discharge the pompon out of the body, the pet needs to be regularly fed with the hair-dissolving cream. However, most of the existing hair-melting pastes mainly contain mineral oil, which can play a role in lubricating so as to promote pets to vomit hair bulbs, but cannot be absorbed or digested by the pets, so that a film which is difficult to decompose is formed on the intestinal tracts of the pets, and the absorption of the intestinal tracts on nutrient substances is influenced after long-term use, thereby seriously harming the health of the pets.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a pet hair-melting paste and a preparation method thereof, so that the pet hair-melting paste does not harm the health of pets, and can effectively help pets smoothly discharge agglomerated hair bulbs in the stomach, prevent the occurrence of hair bulb disease, and improve the constipation condition of pets.
The pet hair-removing cream provided by the invention is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
Figure BDA0001392644420000021

EXAMPLE 4 efficacy evaluation test of cosmetic ointment
350 pet puppet cats with the age of more than 12 months and diagnosed with the hair bulb disease are selected, and the test is divided into 7 groups according to the principle that the weight and the sex ratio are similar: each group comprising 50.
The test is provided with a test group and a control group, wherein the test group of the test component is 1-3, and the control group of the control component is 1-4:
test groups 1-3: the hair-melting creams of examples 1 to 3 were fed separately.
Control group 1: feeding a commercially available imported pet ointment (formula: glycerol, crude fiber, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin D, vitamin E, Omega3 and Omega 6).
Control group 2: the feed of the hair-melting cream was adjusted based on the formulation of example 1 without adding magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. The formula is as follows: 8kg of cane sugar; 6kg of glycerol; 1.5kg of vitamin; 10kg of lecithin; 10kg of sweet potato starch; oat seedling cellulose 2 kg; 1kg of chicken powder; 61.5kg of ultrapure water.
Control group 3: the fed hair-removing cream is adjusted based on the formula of the example 1, oat seedling cellulose is not added, and the specific formula is as follows: 8kg of cane sugar; 6kg of glycerol; 1.5kg of vitamin; 10kg of lecithin; 10kg of sweet potato starch; 1kg of chicken powder; magnesium sulfate heptahydrate 0.1 kg; 63.4kg of ultrapure water.
Control group 4: the feed of the hair-melting cream was adjusted based on the formulation of example 1 without addition of glycerin. The formula is 8kg of cane sugar; 1.5kg of vitamin; 10kg of lecithin; 10kg of sweet potato starch; oat seedling cellulose 2 kg; 1kg of chicken powder; magnesium sulfate heptahydrate 0.1 kg; 67.4kg of ultrapure water.
The hair melting cream of the embodiment 1-3 and the control group 1-4 is fed, the feeding frequency is 2 days/time, and the feeding period is as follows: for 2 weeks.
The tested pet cats are raised in an indoor cage culture mode, and the area occupied by each cat is 2m2And good ventilation is kept indoors. Feeding basal diet at regular time, feeding in the morning, in the middle of the morning and in the evening, and freely drinking water.
Detection and observation indexes: observing whether the cat vomits or not, whether constipation or not, whether stool is dry and hard or not and whether hair exists in the cat or not every day; and observing the mental and appetite status of the cat to determine the severity of the pompon syndrome.
The evaluation criteria were:
and (3) complete alleviation: the appetite is obviously increased, the defecation is normal, and the stool is lively and well-moving;
partial mitigation: the appetite is increased, the excrement can be discharged, and the inside of the excrement is provided with hair; sometimes spit some hair balls with mucus on the surface;
no mitigation: the appetite is not whetted, the spirit is poor, no vitality is generated, and the hair is coarse and glossy; constipation, no defecation for many days, and abdominal distension.
The results of the experiment are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 evaluation of efficacy of the cream for removing hair
Figure BDA0001392644420000081
From the results, the pompon symptoms of 90-96% of the pet cats in the test groups 1-3 are obviously improved. Compared with the control group, the hair bulb melting paste of the invention has far more remarkable hair bulb melting effect than that of the control group 1 because only 72 percent of the hair bulb diseases of pet cats are obviously improved in the control group 1 (a commercially available imported pet hair melting paste). In addition, compared with the hair melting pastes of the control groups 2, 3 and 4, the treatment effect of the test groups 1-3 is also obviously improved, and the results show that the components of the cellulose hair melting paste supplement each other, so that the optimal hair melting effect can be achieved.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
