で実装されるサーミスタ素子の平面図、第３図は
従来のサーミスタ素子の実装構造を示す断面図で
ある。 ２……筺体、３……大径穴、４……小径穴、５
……接着剤、６……ゲル状の接着剤、７……周溝
、１２……素子チツプ、１３……リード線、１４
……コーテイング材。

で実装されるサーミスタ素子の平面図、第３図は
従来のサーミスタ素子の実装構造を示す断面図で
ある。 ２……筺体、３……大径穴、４……小径穴、５

Claims (1)
- サーミスタ素子を筺体に埋設して実装するサー
ミスタ素子の実装構造において、前記サーミスタ
素子の外形寸法の数倍の内のり寸法を有すると共
に内周壁の少なくとも一部に周方向に延びる周溝
が形成された大穴と、該大穴の底に連設され前記
サーミスタ素子の外形寸法と略同一の内のり寸法
を有する小穴とが前記筺体に形成してあり、前記
サーミスタ素子が前記小穴内に収納され前記小穴
内に熱伝導性の良好なゲル状の接着剤が充填され
ており、前記大穴に充填後に固化する接着剤が充
填されていることを特徴とするサーミスタ素子の
実装構造。
