Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 検査位置に向けて帯状の光ビームを投射する光
    ビーム投射手段と、上記光ビームに沿つて走行す
    ると共に検査手段を備えた走行台車と、該台車の
    幅方向に整列されて配置され、上記光ビームの下
    部を受光し上部を通過させる第1受光器群と、上
    記台車に、上記第1受光器群と平行に設けられ、
    上記光ビームの上部を受光する第2受光器群と、
    上記光ビームを受光した上記第1の受光器群およ
    び第2受光器群の受光位置から台車の位置ずれを
    検出すると共に台車の位置ずれを制御する走行制
    御手段とを備えた無人走行台車の誘導装置。
