Claims (13)
- 1.1)一般式AlaCUbFecXdle(式中XはV,Mo,Ti,Zr, Nb,Cr,Mn,Ru,Rh,Ni,Mg,W,Si及び稀土類から選択され る1つ以上の元素を表わし、Iは製造上不可避の不純物を表わし、原子数につい てe≦2,14≦b≦30,7≦c≦20,0≦d≦10であってc+d≧10 及びa+b+c+d+e=100%である)に対応する組成を有し2)少くとも 40質量%の準結晶相を含有するアルミニウム合金製コーティング材料。
- 2.準結晶相が二十面体相である請求項1に記載の材料。
- 3.準結晶相が十角形相である請求項1に記載の材料。
- 4.請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の材料によりコーティングした基材。
- 5.コーティングが20%より大きい開放多孔性を有する請求項4に記載の基材 。
- 6.コーティング材料が蒸気相で付着されている請求項4又は5のいずれか一項 に記載の基材。
- 7.開放多孔性が20%以下である請求項4に記載の基材。
- 8.20%より大きい開放多孔性を有するコーティングの表面の処理によって得 られた請求項7に記載の基材。
- 9.コーティング材料を超音速噴流により塗工した請求項7に記載の基材。
- 10.調理用具及び設備の製造に対する、請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載の コーティングした基材の使用。
- 11.減摩性軸受の製造に対する、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のコーテ ィングした基材の使用。
- 12.耐摩耗性表面の製造に対する、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のコー ティングした基材の使用。
- 13.基準表面の製造に対する、請求項7に記載のコーティングした基材の使用 。
