- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超音波加湿器用振動子において、圧電振動
子の表面に下地の電極層を設け、その上に保護膜
を兼ねる金電極膜を形成したことを特徴とする超
音波加湿器用振動子。 (2) 下地電極をニツケル又はニツケル合金とし
た請求項１に記載の超音波加湿器用振動子。
