- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バイモルフ振動子にアルミニウム製の付加
共振子を取付け、これらケース内に収納した超音
波送受波器において、付加共振子の外面に半田付
性のよい導電材料をメツキし、この付加共振子を
バイモルフ振動子に半田付で固定したことを特徴
とする超音波送受波器。 (2) バイモルフ振動子は金属板とセラミツク圧
電体を貼合せて形成され、付加共振子が金属板に
半田付されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の超音波送受波器。
