接点部を形成した電気接点材において、基材と接
点部間及び接点部周囲の基材上に、Ｎｉ又はＮｉ
合金からなるバリヤー層を設け、更に接点部上と
その周囲のバリヤー層上にＳｎ，Ｉｎ又はこれら
の合金を０．０２〜０．５μの厚さに被覆したこ
とを特徴とする電気接点材。
