Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 分光光度計の紫外可視領域で用いられる半導
体光検出器において、第１の導電型を有する半導
体基板の一方の面に不純物を供給して、第一導電
型とは反対の第導電型を形成し、上記第導電
型領域内に不純物を供給し、上記第導電型とは
反対の第導電型を形成した受光部を有し、上記
第１導電型半導体基板と上記第導電型領域との
間に電圧を印加して使用する上記半導体光検出器
において、上記第導電型半導体基板と上記第
導電型領域間に印加した電圧を、印加或は切断で
きるようにすることにより分光感度特性を変えて
使用可能とした半導体光検出器。 ２ 上記分光光度計において、波長走査と同期さ
せて上記印加電圧を断続し分光感度特性を変える
ようにしたことを特徴とする請求項第１項記載の
半導体光検出器。 ３ 請求項第１項記載の受光部を持つ自己走査型
アレイ検出器を波長走査と同期させて分光感度特
性を変化させる如くしたことを特徴とする半導体
光検出器。
