Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 駆動系に連結された回転部材と、この回転部材
    の回転角度を検出する回転角度センサとを有し、
    このセンサから得られる信号を演算して前記駆動
    系により移動させられる搬送機構の位置制御を行
    う装置において、 前記搬送機構の移動路の所定位置に設けられ前
    記搬送機構がこの所定位置を通過する際に基準位
    置信号を出力する定位置センサと、前記回転角度
    センサからの信号を演算することによつて得られ
    た搬送機構の位置データを前記定位置センサから
    の基準位置信号により校正するデータ校正手段と
    を備えた搬送機構の位置制御装置。
