ンタグラフ機構の各リンク片の先端に鉄筋の支持
部を形成した壁鉄筋配設装置を構成したものであ

タグラフ機構を伸長させると共にガイドレールを
上昇させ、鉄筋を所定のピツチで、所定の高さに
支持し、壁鉄筋を組み込むことができる。

7に1本づつ受けていく。支持部7に所定数の鉄
筋6を受けたら走行体1を工事現場に走行し、こ
こで第2図に示すように伸縮用ジヤツキ5を伸長
操作してパンタグラフ機構4を伸長すると共に、
昇降装置2によつてガイドレール3を上昇してパ
ンタグラフ機構4を所定高さに位置させる。この
時伸縮用ジヤツキ5の伸長を制御することによつ
て鉄筋6の上下ピツチを所定寸法に設定できると
共に、そのピツチはパンタグラフ機構4の特性に
よつてすべて自動的に斎一して設定される。この
ように支持された鉄筋6は既に吊り込まれている
縦鉄筋に組み込まれて壁鉄筋が構成される。

を鉄筋の仮置場から建設現場まで運搬する運搬機
と兼用でき、さらに1名の作業員により多数の鉄
筋がパンタグラフ機構によつて自動的に所定ピツ
チに斎一して設定されると共に所定高さに支持さ
れるため、極めて能率よく壁鉄筋の配設作業を行
うことができる等の優れた効果を有するものであ
る。
