/D変換装置において、上記電圧比較型コンパレ
ータの入力信号である上記D/A変換回路の出力
電圧と上記基準電圧発生回路の出力電圧とを加算
する加算回路と、上記電圧比較型コンパレータの
比較結果をラツチするラツチ回路と、上記ラツチ
回路の結果により、上記基準電圧発生回路出力電
圧を上記加算回路へ供給するか否か制御するスイ
