ＳＯＰパツケージの外観を示すもので、第１図は
上面図、第２図は正面図、第３図は右側面図であ
る。第４図ないし第６図は従来のＳＯＰパツケー
ジの外観を示すもので第４図は上面図、第５図は
正面図、第６図は右側面図である。 図において、１０……小信号用リード、１１，
１２……ボンデイングパツド、１２，２２……半
田、２０……大電流用リード、３０……モールド
樹脂である。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は
相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ＩＣパツケージの面実装を行う場合において半
田付けに供する、少くとも２種類のリード端子形
状を有し、このうち一種類のリード端子側のボン
デイングパツドの面積を大きく、かつ、少くとも
大きさの異なる該ボンデイングパツドの位置をジ
グザグに配し、この一種類の半田付けの厚みを、
他の種類のものより厚くした事を特徴とする、Ｉ
Ｃパツケージの面実装構造。
