介して被測定抵抗Ｒｘに供給するようにした電流

タ間に抵抗ＲＦが接続されたＮＰＮ形トランジス
タＱ１と、このトランジスタが抵抗Ｒ１を介して
そのベース・コレクタ間に接続されたＮＰＮ形ト
ランジスタＱ２と、このトランジスタに抵抗Ｒ２
を介して接続されたダイオードＤと、抵抗Ｒ１の
両端にそのベース・エミツタが接続されコレクタ
がトランジスタＱ１のベースに接続されたトラン
ジスタＱ３と、抵抗Ｒ２の両端にそのベース・エ
ミツタが接続されコレクタがトランジスタＱ２の
ベースに接続されたトランジスタＱ４とで構成し
たことを特徴とする抵抗測定回路。
