Claims (1)
- 半導体基板上に形成されたうず巻状の第１の配
線とその終点と始点とのいずれか一方を外部に取
り出すための第２の配線とを有する半導体装置に
おいて、前記うず巻状の第１の配線の内側中心部
に前記第１の配線と前記第２の配線と絶縁された
強磁性体を具備した事を特徴とする半導体装置。
