Claims (1)
- 基板上に搭載された半導体素子と外部端子とを
接続する金属細線を有する半導体装置において、
半導体素子の表面、外部端子と金属細線との接続
部及び外部端子表面と金属細線表面をすべて誘電
体薄膜で被覆することを特徴とする半導体装置。
