Claims (1)
- 筺体３に対して上面カバー４が開閉可能に取付
けられ、該筺体３に下面コンタクトプローブ１２
，１２を有する板状の下面ピンボード５を固定取
付し、該下面ピンボード５の上方に切欠部２０を
有する枠状のムービングプレート８をスプリング
９，９を介して支持せしめ、上下に貫通する複数
のガイドポスト７，７を固定するとともに、テス
トボード２の位置決め用のツールピン１１，１１
を有し、かつ前記下面コンタクトプローブ１２，
１２が出没する透孔１３，１３を有するセツトプ
レート２１を前記切欠部２０内にセツトプレート
用スプリング２２，２２を介して前記下面ピンボ
ード５に上下動可能に支持せしめ、前記上面カバ
ー４にはテストボード２の表面側と接触する上面
コンタクトプローブ１８及び下方に突出する複数
の押し板１９，１９を有する板状の上面ピンボー
ド６をプレツシヤスプリング１５及びフローテイ
ングスプリング１６により挾持せしめて該上面ピ
ンボード６を前記ガイドポスト７，７に沿つて上
下動可能に設けたことを特徴とするボードテスト
用治具。
