Claims (1)
- ＰＮＰＮ４層構造の素子本体または熱圧接緩衝
材の所定位置にゲート、カソード電極間の接触や
放電を防止するための凹部を設け、ゲート電極及
びカソード電極をゲート電極がカソード電極より
厚くなるよう蒸着などにより形成したことを特徴
とする半導体装置。
