  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 平板状の電子放射構体を支持台に高融点ろ
    う付けしてなる傍熱型の陰極構体において、 電子放射構体の温度上昇効率の悪い端部に電子
    放射性を有しない補助板を設け、電子放射構体が
    ほぼ全面均一な温度になる構成としたことを特徴
    とする陰極構体。 (2) 上記陰極構体において、高融点金属からな
    る補助板表面に、Ｐｔ，ＺｒＯ２，Ｍｏ２Ｂ等の
    非電子放射性物質を５μｍ以上被覆したことを特
    徴とする１項記載の陰極構体。
