Claims (1)
- 電子ビームを射出するカソードと、カソードを
加熱するヒーターと、カソードを支持する支持体
と、電子ビームを整形するウエネルト電極とを有
する電子銃において、前記ウエネルト電極は表面
がステンレスで内部が銅よりなる二重構造とされ
ていることを特徴とする電子銃。
