Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 陽極基体に埋設された陽極ターゲツトおよ
び陰極が相対向して配設されると共に、この陽極
ターゲツトと陰極との間に陽極フードが配設され
、更に上記陽極ターゲツトの回りに筒状のＸ線放
射窓が設けられ、その一端が上記陽極基体に他端
が陽極フードに夫々固着されてなる全周照射型Ｘ
線管において、 上記Ｘ線放射窓は薄肉の鉄又はステンレスある
いはニツケルにより形成され、かつこのＸ線放射
窓のＸ線照射野を外れた部分に、補強用ひだ部が
形成されてなることを特徴とする全周照射型Ｘ線
管。 (2) 上記Ｘ線放射窓の内面に絶縁被膜を介して
導電膜が形成され、この導電膜に電気的に接続さ
れたリード端子が管外に導出して設けられてなる
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の全周照射型
Ｘ線管。
