- 電子を放出するフイラメントと電子の加速及び
制御を行う制御電極と、絶縁性基板上に外部電源
との接続を行う金属被膜配線層及び特定のパター
ン形状の蛍光体層を有する陽極よりなる蛍光表示
管において、金属被膜配線に直接接触するよう形
成された蛍光体層と、金属被膜配線に導電性物質
よりなる導電層を介し接触するよう形成された蛍
光体層が混在する陽極を有することを特徴とした
蛍光表示管。
