質として非伸縮性のものを用いた物は、弾性に乏
しく、基板コーナーなどの急激に曲がつた曲面へ
は粘着性良く転写できない。また転写体の材質と
して弾性に富むものを用いた物は、位置決めがし
にくく、移送もしにくいという欠点を有してい
た。

部の様なコーナーを含む曲面等へ厚膜ペーストを
精度良く、粘着性良く、膜厚の変化を少なく印刷
し、且つ再利用可能で量産性に富む曲面印刷用転
写体を提供するものである。

発明の構成 本発明は片側又は両側に一定ピツチで設けられ
た移送用の送り穴を有し、中央部に印刷の際転写
装置が当たらない様に一定ピツチで設けられた逃
がし穴を有する非伸縮性の薄帯と、上記薄帯を芯
として、中央部の逃がし穴を覆うように上記薄帯
の片面又は両面に付着させたゴムとから構成され
ている。芯として用いる薄帯の非伸縮性により、
位置決め精度が良く、また片側もしくは両側に設
けた移送用穴によつて移送、位置決めが容易であ
る。また厚膜ペーストが印刷され、基板へ押し付
けられ、転写する部分はゴムのみであるので、急
激に曲がる曲面にも良く沿い、厚膜ペーストの基
板への粘着性が良く、転写された厚膜ペーストの
膜厚が均等であり、且つ再利用が可能であり、更
にエンドレスにすることにより一層量産性に富む
という特有の効果を有している。

さは印刷パターンよりも大きく、また転写体を印
刷対象に押し付ける転写装置の先端部の寸法より
も大きくしており、転写の際薄帯1が印刷対象及
び転写装置と当たらない様になつている。4はゴ
ムである。ゴム4は逃がし穴3を完全に覆う様に
薄帯1の両面に接着剤で付着しており、逃がし穴
3の部分では両面のゴムが一体となつている。ま
た両側の送り穴2の設けられている薄帯1の部分
には付着していない。本実施例ではゴム4として
シリコンゴムを使用した。第2図は第1図のA−
A断面図である。第2図で判る様に転写体の中央
の刷、転写に用いる部分には薄帯1はなく、ゴム
4のみとなつている。

置決めされ、逃がし穴3の中央部のゴム4表面へ
スクリーン印刷等によつて厚膜ペースト6を所定
のパターンに印刷される。本実施例では縦に並ん
だ4つの長方形のパターンである。第4図に転写
時の転写体の上面図を示す。7は基板であり、印
刷対象である。8は転写装置である。ゴム4の表
面上に厚膜ペーストを印刷された転写体を送り穴
を用いて転写位置へ移送、位置決めする。基板7
と転写体を挾んで対向した転写装置8が転写体の
逃がし穴にはいり込み、ゴム4だけを基板7に押
し付け、ゴム4表面上の厚膜ペーストを基板7に
転写する。

少ない。転写時に印刷対象に押し付けられるのは
ゴムであるため、容易に伸び、急激に曲がる曲面
にも沿い厚膜ペーストの印刷対象への粘着性が良
い。さらに転写体をエンドレスにしているため、
印刷工程、適度な乾燥を与える工程、転写工程を
連続して繰り返し行なうことができ、量産性に富
んでいる。
