【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図から第４図は本考案の実施態様の半分の
みを示すもので、これらの実施態様は中心線に関
しほぼ対称であり、第１図は本考案の閉蓋部材の
好ましい実施態様の断面図、第２図は第１図の閉
蓋部材を容器に係合させたところを示す断面図、
第３図は第２図に示した閉蓋部材と容器との組立
体の断面図であつて最初の離脱の際にキヤツプを
容器から部分的に緩めてバンドをキヤツプから切
り離したところを示し、第４図は第３図に示した
組立体の断面図であつて、キヤツプを最初に取り
外した後にキヤツプを容器に最初に再係合させた
ところを示すもので、キヤツプが容器と再係合位
置にあつて容器の突条からバンドを払い落とすと
ころが示してあるとともに、バンドが容器首部に
沿つて自由落下した位置が破線で示してあり、第
５図は本考案の閉蓋部材の他の実施態様の部分的
断面図であつて、容器と最初に係合したところを
示し、第６図は本考案の閉蓋部材の第２変形例の
断面図であつて、容器と最初に係合したところを
示し、第７図は第６図に示した実施態様の一部を
示し、第８図は本考案の閉蓋部材の第３変形例の
断面図であつて、容器と最初に係合したところを

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 閉蓋部材係合手段２０とこの閉蓋部材係合手
    段２０の下側の外側に突出する環状突条４４とを
    備えた口の開いた円筒形の首部１４を有する容器
    １６に係合するようになつている開封表示閉蓋部
    材１０であつて、 端壁３２とこの端壁３２から垂下するスカート
    部３４とを有する円筒形のキヤツプ１２であつて
    、このキヤツプ１２を容器閉蓋部材係合手段２０
    に係合させる容器係合手段３０を備えた円筒形キ
    ヤツプ１２と、 スカート部３４から垂下しかつ破壊可能な手段
    ４０によつてスカート部３４に連結されまた内側
    に突出する突起５０を有する環状バンド３６であ
    つて、閉蓋部材１０が容器１６に十分に係合され
    た時前記突起５０が容器の突条４４の下側に離間
    して配置されそれにより前記キヤツプ１２を容器
    １６から最初に離脱させる時前記突起５０と突条
    ４４との間に接触によつてその動きが阻止される
    まで前記突起５０が上方に動くようにして破壊可
    能な手段４０を破壊させ前記バンド３６をスカー
    ト部３４から分離させるようにし、前記バンド３
    ６がさらに前記突起５０の上方に内側に向く表面
    ４８を含み、この表面４８が、前記最初の離脱中
    に突条４４上に前記バンド３６を抑留しまた破壊
    可能な手段４０の破壊時及びその破壊の間にわた
    つて前記バンド３６が傾くのを阻止するのに十分
    なように容器突条４４と締り嵌めし前記バンド３
    ６がスカート部３４から完全に分離するのを保証
    するようになつており、スカート部３４が、キヤ
    ツプ１２を最初に容器１６に再係合した時バンド
    ３６に接触しこのバンド３６を突条４４から駆逐
    するのに十分な幅方向の長さを有し、前記バンド
    ３６をスカート部３４から分離したのが明らかに
    見えるようにしている環状バンド３６、 とを具備し、閉蓋部材１０がさらに、この閉蓋
    部材１０を容器１６に最初に係合した時前記突起
    ５０の上方の前記内側に向く表面４８が容器の突
    条４４の最も外側の領域を通る平面よりも容器１
    ６上で実質的に高くなく、また破壊可能手段４０
    が破壊された場合に前記バンド３６が容器首部１
    ４の周りに自由に落下するのが阻止される程度に
    は前記バンド３６のどの部分も容器１６と接触し
    ないようになつている開封表示閉蓋部材。 ２ 破壊可能手段４０が複数の円周方向に離間し
    て配設されたブリツジである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の閉蓋部材。 ３ 前記突起５０が突条４４の直下の容器首部１
    ４の部分の外径よりも大きくない内径を有してい
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の閉蓋部材
    。 ４ 前記バンド３６の前記内側に向く表面４８が
    容器突条４４の最も外側の領域の外径より大きく
    ない内径を持つた実質的に円筒径である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の閉蓋部材。 ５ 前記内側に向く表面４８が前記突起５０より
    上方に凹所を具備しこの凹所が容器突条４４に着
    座するようになつている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の閉蓋部材。 ６ 前記内側に向く表面４８が前記凹所の上方に
    内側に突出するリブ４３を含みこのリブ４３は前
    記凹所が突条４４上に着座する前に容器突条４４
    の上を摺動するようになつている実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第５項記載の閉蓋部材。 ７ 前記凹所の最大内径が実質的に容器突条４４
    の最大外径より大きくない実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第５項記載の閉蓋部材。
