Claims (1)
- 金属同志を抵抗溶接により気密封止してなる半
導体装置において、抵抗溶接部よりも内側に凹部
を設け、該凹部に絶縁シートを有し、且つ該絶縁
シートと抵抗溶接金属の間に隙間の存在しないこ
とを特徴とする半導体装置。
