Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 天板部と環状部とテーパ状のフランジ部と前記
天板部に形成されたガラス封着用透孔とを有する
金属外環と、前記透孔にガラスを介して気密かつ
絶縁して封着されたリード線とを備えた気密端子
における、前記フランジ部の外面を被取付体の透
孔の下端縁部に抵抗溶接してなる気密端子溶接構
造において、 前記フランジ部の外面にＶ溝を形成するととも
に、このＶ溝に被取付体の透孔の下端縁部を溶接
したことを特徴とする気密端子溶接構造。
