  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リードフレーム上に半導体チツプをボンデイン
    グするチツプボンデイング工程、あるいは、リー
    ドフレーム上にボンデイングされた上記半導体チ
    ツプの各パツドとリードフレームの各ボンデイン
    グ部間を結線するワイヤボンデイング工程におい
    て、上記リードフレームの各ボンデイング部を支
    持体面に押しあてて位置決め固定するリードフレ
    ーム押さえであつて、 上記リードフレームの上面周縁部に添着される
    フレーム部を備えるとともに、上記フレーム部か
    ら延出し、上記各ボンデイング部近傍にいたる複
    数のアーム部を備える一方、上記アーム部の先端
    部裏面に、上記リードフレームにおける各ボンデ
    イング部近傍に点的に弾性押圧する押圧突起を一
    体形成したことを特徴とする、チツプボンデイン
    グまたはワイヤボンデイング工程におけるリード
    フレーム押さえ。
