図はそれぞれ従来のローラタイプ直動案内軸受に
おけるシール手段を示す断面図である。 図中、３は軌道面、２１はローラ列、２３は本
体、２８はエンドキヤツプ、４０は側面保護カバ
ー、４５，５０はシール部材、４６は端面保護カ
バー、Ｒはローラ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 平面に接して転動しつつ無限循環運動する多数
    のローラからなるローラ列と、該ローラ列を介し
    て荷重を支持すると共に前記ローラ列を案内する
    側面を有する本体と、該本体の両端で前記ローラ
    列をＵターンさせるエンドキヤツプとを有し、前
    記ローラ列が接する軌道面に沿つて軸方向に直線
    移動可能なローラタイプ直動案内軸受において、 前記本体とエンドキヤツプとの側面全部を被覆
    すると共に前記ローラ列を案内する側面保護カバ
    ーと、前記エンドキヤツプの外端面を被覆する端
    面保護カバーを備え、該端面保護カバーと前記側
    面保護カバーとの下端縁に前記軌道面に摺接する
    シール材を取付けたことを特徴とするローラタイ
    プ直動案内軸受。
