Claims (1)
- 一方の面が電子部品の表面に固着され他方の面
にボルトを直立させたヒートシンクベース部と、
ボルト穴に前記ボルトを捩じ込むことにより前記
ヒートシンクベース部の他方の面に一方の面が密
着され他方の面に放熱用のスタツドを設けたヒー
トシンクフイン部とを含むことを特徴とするヒー
トシンクの取付構造。
