【発明の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本発明は，有用な微粉末が分散する固液混合３ｈ体を効
率よく固形分と液体分に分離する固液分離装置に関し、
更に詳細には前記有用な微粉末を濾材からの夾雑物の混
入なしに回収しつる固液分離装置に関する。

（従来の技術）
薬品等の製造工程においては、微粉末や微結晶等が分敢
した液体から、固形分あるいは液体分を取り出す工程が
よく見られ、その分離操作においては、例えば遠心分離
法，沈澱法，濾別法．フィルタープレス法等の様々な方
法が行われている。

特に薬品の製造工程での固液分離操作に際しては、分離

Claims (1)
- 両端がフランジでシールされた円筒形濾材と、該円筒形
濾材の下部を収納し且つ微粉末の分散した固液混合流体
を収納する貯槽と、該円筒形濾材の内部空洞を減圧状態
にすると共に、この濾材を回転しつつ前記固液混合流体
中の液体分を該内部空洞に吸引して系外へ排出する手段
と、該円筒形濾材の濾過表面に堆積した微粉末を掻き取
るための掻き取り刃とを配設してなる固液分離装置にお
いて、前記円筒形濾材が平均気孔径０．５〜５０μｍの
三次元網目構造の連続気孔を有する硬質濾材であり、ま
た前記掻き取り刃の刃先と前記円筒形濾材とが０．３〜
２．０ｍｍの間隔を有する非接触状態であって、且つそ
の刃先の位置が前記円筒形濾材の円軸を通る仮想水平線
Ａから立ち上り角度１３５゜〜１８０゜にあり、更に前
記掻き取り刃の掻き取り面が前記円筒形濾材の表面接線
方向Ｄから立ち上り角度０゜〜６０゜に設置されている
ことを特徴とする固液分離装置。
