    ら下部保護基板の下面にわたつて設けられ、上記
    圧電基板の振動電極と導通する、熱硬化性樹脂に
    導電性粒子を分散させた導電性フイルムからなる
    導電層と、 上記導電層上に形成された導電材料からなる外
    部電極と を具備する圧電部品。
