    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エネルギー閉じ込め振動もしくは表面弾性波振動を行な
    う圧電基板に積層板を積層して圧電基板の主面を積層板
    で被覆してなる圧電振動部品の密閉構造にして、上記圧
    電基板の振動部分を残して上記圧電基板と積層板との間
    にシート状の弾性材を介装したことを特徴とする圧電振
    動部品の密閉構造。
