Claims (1)
- テーパ付マンドレルと、その外周に複数配置さ
れたテーパローラとからなる工具を、ワークの被
加工部に挿入し、前記マンドレルを軸方向に移動
させることにより工具外径を拡大して各テーパロ
ーラを被加工部の内周面に圧接させるとともに回
転させてバニツシユ加工を行なうローラバニツシ
ユ装置において、工具外径を縮小させる方向にテ
ーパ付きマンドレルを押圧する弾性部材と、この
テーパ付きマンドレルと同軸上に対向配置され、
工具外径を拡大させる方向にテーパ付きマンドレ
ルを押圧する押動部材と、前記押動部材がテーパ
付きマンドレルから離隔する方向に移動した際の
テーパ付きマンドレルの位置を検知する検知手段
とを備えていることを特徴とするローラバニツシ
ユ装置。
