び第3図はそれぞれ第1図に示すリードフレーム
を用いた赤外線検出器の長手方向断面図及び横方
向断面図、第4図及び第5図はそれぞれ第3図に
示す赤外線検出器の水平断面図及び平面図、第6
図はブリーダ抵抗器を備えた一実施例の長手方向
断面図、第7図は第2図ないし第5図に示す赤外
線検出器の回路図、第8図は二つの電界効果トラ
ンジスタを備えた一実施例の長手方向断面図であ
る。 1,7…付加部(接続ピン)、3,3a…成形
板、5,9,10…折り曲げられた領域、12,
13…段部、15…赤外線フイルタ、16…電界
効果トランジスタ、17,17a…検出器要素、
19…ブリーダ抵抗器、20…ダイオード、21
,21a…プラスチツク成形部分(ケース)。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 ケース中に保持された少なくとも一つの検出
    器要素17,17aを備え、このケースが赤外線
    に対し透明な窓を検出器要素17,17aの上方
    に有し、また検出器要素17,17aと相互に接
    続された別の電気部品16,19,20を備えた
    赤外線検出器において、ケースがプラスチツク成
    形部分21,21aにより形成され、この成形部
    分の中に成形板3,3a及び部品16,17,1
    7a,19,20が埋め込まれ、その際成形板3
    ,3aがこれらの部品16,17,17a,19
    ,20を電気的に結合し、かつ電気的接続のため
    に成形部分21,21aから外へ向かつて突出す
    る付加部1,7を備え、また成形部分21,21
    aの中に検出器要素17,17aと赤外線フイル
    タ15とを収容するための段部12,13が配置
    されていることを特徴とする赤外線検出器。 2 成形板3,3aが折り曲げられた領域5,9
    ,10を有し、これらの領域が部品16,17,
    17a,19,20の少なくとも一部を遮蔽のた
    めに少なくとも部分的に覆うことを特徴とする請
    求項1記載の赤外線検出器。
