    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 光学素子がリード端子に搭載され、該光学素子
    とリード端子とがボンデイングワイヤにより内部
    結線され、前記光学素子が光学素子保護用の透光
    樹脂体で覆われ、該透光樹脂体がその内部への外
    乱光の侵入を防止するための遮光樹脂体で覆われ
    た光学装置において、前記透光樹脂体が半田溶融
    温度よりも高い熱変形温度を有する熱可塑性樹脂
    で形成されたことを特徴とする光学装置。
