Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) パーキングブレーキを作動するための操作
    レバーと、 この操作レバーを回転自在に支持し、係合歯を
    外周に有する固定されたセクターと、 前記操作レバーに回転自在に支持され、前記セ
    クターに係合可能な爪部材と、 操作レバーのグリツプ部に出没自在に配置され
    た操作ノブと、 この操作ノブの移動によつて前記爪部材を係合
    位置と非係合位置とに回動変位させる伝達部材と
    、 前記操作ノブを突出付勢することで爪部材を常
    時係合するように付勢する付勢部材と、 を含み、 前記爪部材は、付勢部材の係合付勢力が伝達部
    材を介して作用する第１の係合部と、操作ノブの
    押動力が伝達部材を介して作用する第２の係合部
    とを有し、 少なくとも前記第２の係合部が、合成樹脂によ
    つて形成され、パーキングブレーキ作動時におけ
    る前記爪部材とセクターとの係合荷重より小さな
    外力によつ変形可能に構成されたことを特徴とす
    るパーキングブレーキ操作装置。 (2) 前記第１の係合部に作用する回動作用点か
    ら爪部材の回転中心までの腕長さｌ１と、前記回
    転中心からセクターと爪部材との係合作用点まで
    の腕長さｌ２との関係を、 ｌ１＜ｌ２ とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のパ
    ーキングブレーキ操作装置。
