- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 下部を支点として上下方向に揺動自在なレバー
本体を任意の揺動位置でラチエツト機構によりロ
ツク可能とし、前記レバー本体の上端に付勢部材
により突出付勢される操作ボタンを設けて、前記
操作ボタンの押操作により前記ラチエツト機構の
ロツクを解除するようにしたパーキングブレーキ
装置において、 前記操作ボタンの外周に係合部を突設する一方
、上端内周に被係合部の突設された筒状グリツプ
を、前記レバー本体の上部にそのレバー長手方向
に摺動自在となるように外嵌し、前記付勢部材の
付勢力に抗して前記筒状グリツプの被係合部を前
記操作ボタンの係合部に係合させたことを特徴と
するパーキングブレーキ装置。
