Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光センサと、一方の入力端子に前記光セン
サが接続されたオペアンプと、前記オペアンプに
駆動用の単電源として接続されると共に、オペア
ンプの他方の入力端子と前記光センサとに接続さ
れた安定化電源と、を具備することを特徴とする
光センサ装置。 (2) 単電源としての安定化電源とオペアンプの
他方の入力端子との間に、バイアス電圧の調整手
段を設けた請求項１記載の光センサ装置。
