- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光を電流信号に変換する光電変換手段１と、該
光電変換手段１からの電流信号を増幅する増幅手
段２，Ｑ３，Ｑ４，Ｑ６と、 該増幅手段２，Ｑ３，Ｑ４，Ｑ６の出力端から
前記光電変換手段１へ信号を帰還させる帰還手段
とを有し、 該帰還手段は、前記増幅手段２，Ｑ３，Ｑ４，
Ｑ６の出力信号を所定の割合で分割する電流分割
手段Ｒ２，Ｄ１，Ｒ３，Ｑ２，Ｒ１６，Ｑ１６，
Ｑ６と、 該電流分割手段Ｒ２，Ｄ１，Ｒ３，Ｑ２，Ｒ１
６，Ｑ１６，Ｑ６によつて分割された電流信号に
よつて駆動されるカレントミラー回路Ｑ１，Ｑ２
とを具備しており、 該カレントミラー回路Ｑ１，Ｑ２の出力端は、
前記光電変換手段１の出力端に接続されており、
前記増幅手段２，Ｑ３，Ｑ４，Ｑ６の出力端から
増幅信号を得るようになつている光信号増幅器。
