圧を有するツエナダイオードと分圧用抵抗を直列
に接続した分圧回路を有し、 分圧回路の出力を、比較回路の一方入力に与え
、 発光ダイオードの光出力を受光するホトダイオ
ードの出力電流を、電流／電圧変換回路によつて
電圧に変換し、 電流／電圧変換回路の出力電圧を比較回路の他
方の入力に与えることを特徴とする光学式エンコ
