Claims (1)
- 入力電圧を高電圧に変換する電圧変換回路と、
この電圧変換回路の出力レベルを安定化するスイ
ツチングレギユレータと、前記電圧変換回路の出
力電圧を外部切換信号に応じてハイレベルモード
及びローレベルモードに選択的に切換えるための
スイツチ回路と、前記電圧変換回路の出力端にス
イツチング用半導体素子を接続し、前記スイツチ
回路がハイレベルモードに設定されるとき前記半
導体素子を飽和状態に駆動制御し、前記スイツチ
回路がローレベルモードに設定されるとき前記半
導体素子をシリーズレギユレータとして駆動制御
する制御回路とを具備したことを特徴とする出力
電圧切換電源。
