  1. ワイヤボンデイングすべきリードフレーム等の
    基板を載置する作業台の側方に配設したテーブル
    に、前記基板の上面と直交するようにガイドレー
    ルを立設し、該ガイドレールには、前記基板の上
    面に近接して配置したキヤピラリを支持するブロ
    ツクを、上下摺動自在となるように装着し、この
    ブロツクを上下駆動手段を介して昇降動するよう
    に構成したことを特徴とするワイヤボンデイング
    装置。
