基づいて前記ビデオ信号の垂直同期信号と水平同
期信号とから前記垂直同期信号の周期よりも長い
周期のパルスであつて、前記画像信号を取り込む
べきフレームを中心として当該フレームの前後に
おける前記パルス間に前記差に等しい水平同期信
号を数えることができるパルスを成形するパルス
成形回路を設け、このパルス成形回路によるパル
スを新たな垂直同期信号として画像信号の前記フ
レームメモリへの取り込みを行なうようにしたこ
